Book Pride is the National Fair of independent publishing. This year, the IX edition, will be held from 21 to 23 March at the Superstudio Maxi (Via Moncucco 35, Milan – Metro Line M2 Famagosta) in Milan.
The literary event is organized with the patronage of the Municipality of Milan and, starting in 2025, will become part of the projects of the Turin International Book Fair. A change aimed at giving solidity and building new forms of visibility for small and medium-sized publishing, in an event that proudly claims the quality and care typical of this sector.
For the 2025 edition of Book Pride, which sees the editorial coordination of Francesca Mancini and the renewed curatorship of Marco Amerighi and Laura Pezzino, the chosen theme is Dancing on the Edge of the World.
In a fair that aims to be a mirror of independent publishing and reflects all its sectors, Book Pride also features the focus and special sections dedicated to the sectors of excellence in Italian independent publishing, such as the Book Comics section, the activities for younger readers of Book Young and Book YA, and the events for fans of sports disciplines and stories in the Book Sport program.
